How can I purchase an item?
Simply add the item you want to your basket. Once you have finished shopping, click the Basket icon in the top right of your screen and follow the checkout instructions.
Can I only get GHX Style clothing online?
Unfortunately, at the moment GHX Style only stocks online but we are working very hard to get into your most loved stores!
Can I return Items?
If you are not happy with your purchase you are more than welcome to return or exchange your item for free. GHX Style takes your satisfaction seriously. If you would like to get in touch with us for any reason please drop us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number and the issue.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa Debit/Credit, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal payments.
Where is my order?
Your order can take up to 5 working days to arrive, but hopefully it will arrive sooner. If you have any queries please email email@example.com quoting your order number and the issue and we’ll look into it for you.
How do I cancel/amend an order?
In most cases we process your orders immediately, which means unfortunately once you have placed an order we’ve already begun packing it for dispatch to you. However, we do offer free returns so once you receive your order please just follow the instructions on how to return it. If you have any questions about this please email firstname.lastname@example.org quoting your order number.
My item’s out of stock! When are you restocking?
We are constantly restocking so if there’s an item you want that has currently sold out, keep an eye out because it shouldn’t be too long until it is back in stock! If you have any questions, please get in contact with a member of our team at email@example.com
Can I order if I don’t live in the UK?
We offer delivery all over Europe and USA. If you are outside the UK please click international delivery options when you checkout. If you are unsure please call our UK helpline on +44 (0) 1604 811 111 (open between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Mon-Fri).
Can I exchange an item?
Of course! We accept all exchanges within 14 days of you receiving the item. Simply fill out the Exchange Form on the back of the original invoice, and pop the item back in the post to us using the returns label - we'll sort the rest. Plus, all returns are free - win win!
I have received a faulty item
At GHX Style, we make sure everything is checked before it leaves us, however if you have received an item that you feel isn’t up to scratch you can return it for free and receive a full refund.
Do you offer student discount/promotional codes?
Unfortunately, we do not offer student discount but keep an eye out because we often have promotions.

How do I wash my GHX Style garments?
All of our garments can be washed in the washing machine, but none of the clothing is suitable for tumble drying. Please see the washing instructions on the tag inside the garments for your complete guide.
What fabrics do you use?
We make all of our own fabrics and ensure we only use the best materials. Our clothing contains a high lycra content to ensure fit and quality.

We are so sorry that you aren’t happy with the service or clothing that we have provided.
